barracks. A guard was put on but some of us managed to make our exit from the window. Visited the theatre, and got in at 11 1/2. Boys behave very well. 23 Managed to get out again in the morning and took a stroll over town. At twelve we took a boat (Gen Lytle) for Louisville got off at 2 and reached L. sometime in the night.
