We are now almost in rear of Kennessan Mtn.
Old Turchin talks to Wilkin See Joe Hooker, we can see Maritta from here. 
28" Rather quiet all day. Gen Sherman and Schofield around the lines. In the evening a fight occurred in the skirmish line in the night. Our officers came up from the Hosp'tl there being some 10 there. The warmest weather we ever experienced, now
Rumors of a move of two corps to Atlanta.
