Halana november 21 My dear father and mother and ister i take my pen in hand to lat you now that i am well and i hope that these fue lins will you the same we got a mon the sesces at last we was coming from st louse 3 days and 1/2 we had bad lock the warter was so low that the boat got stuck 3 time on the way and tok her long time to git of we got to halana on 20 day mo; we got as far that i sen lonzo birdick and mike Breen tha was glad to se us and we was glad to se them we are oll well so far i dont now how it will be after whale but i think i will be oll rite we think that
