SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 1864. Made a few calls & read in the Atlantic. Mrs. Wittenmyer addressed the General Assembly, and succeed charmingly. Her friends feel proud of her more than ever. SUNDAY 7 This day I have enjoyed. Went to church read the Bible and better than than all enjoyed communion with my Heavenly Father MONDAY 8 Judge Pendleton spent some time with us discussing the interests of the Orphan Asylum. Meeting in the evening. Plans for work matured.
