WEDNESDAY, JULY 20, 1864. Still the work goes on, and the U.S.C.C. is more and more a blessing to the sufferers. More precious than silver & gold is their gratitude. THURSDAY 21 There is a charm in our work I never found in any thing else. Mrs B- and myself are very happy at No 1. Eve spent delightfully. FRIDAY 22 Forenoon busy as usual. Evening with Manda. Dr H- called a few moments. Also B.F.G. "Jesus all the day long &c"
