FRIDAY, DECEMBER 23, 1864. Fasted and felt stronger for the self denial. Called at the Home Having many pleasant hours with Mrs Robinson. SATURDAY 24 The most pleasant thing today was a letter from Mrs. Wittenrneyer. Evening at the Care Home. Christmas reunion, very pleasant. SUNDAY 25 Christmas day. Very happily spent with Mrs Robinson. For a present a copy of Byron. Thought much of the loved ones.
