Pleasant View Feb 11th 1865 Saturday eveing 8 oclock I have seated myself to have my weeky chat with you we are all well now Annie has had a quite a sick spell but she is quite well now. We are having nice weather now, and the roads are good I am going to church tomorrow with my friends from Ohio to a school house about six mile from here, there is a protracted meeting there. I recd several letter this week but none from you I thought this evening that I would get one from you but it did not come I was realy disappointed almost enough to make me have sick but I hope they will come before long.
