I Think I will write to Edward Soon as I hear the Result of Johns trip to Meadville & ask for Relief. I probably Shall not know untill after New Years how Long I shall stay here but about that time we will Decide as to Moving &c. if I should Come Home about that time I should want about 2 weeks to Settle up - but if matters appear favorable here & I am Still wanted, at 100 or 121 83/100 Dollars pr month I.Think I had better Stay untill hot weather or Rather through the winter as, I, In my present condition can stand but Little Exposure and; you move to Conneaut Immediately. I am Decidedly Beetter than I have been for 5 or 6 weeks appetite Reasonably Good; but I am Rather Weak have not had any Chills or Diarrhoea for a week. some Fever & Considerable Congestion of Right Lung which is passing of favorably = I Think I Shall be well Enough to attd to Duty here, as I said before provided all is Right and I Think I shall not Leave here untill, this State of Suspence is Relieved; I do not think best for me to borrow trouble about it; will come fast Enough without Borrowing; I tried to Draw up a note Last Evening but could not fully satisfy myself that it was all Right. I worked at it too late untill nearly 12 P.M. I could not Sleep Verry well after. My Hospital Duties are Verry Light Most Every Man can Visit Me in My Room - all but 2 if I chose to have them [&,aso?] - I can sympathize with James if it is necessary; but I do not think He needs sympathy as Long as Beaver, is all Right; and Mary, Since [Tomy] is faring So well has Verry Little to perplex Her So Long as [Maltee Kingee?] and the Other Chickens are Doing well; I hope She attds to Her Books as Thoroughly as a School Girl would; if I had her here, I would be Sure She would want to write home; and go home to. Wm. T. Housel & Harmon Bennett will Probably be willing to do The Moving for You; at all Events Take Good Care that You Do not over Do or Expose Yourself to Cold in preparing to move
