Recpt for 20$ glad to have it come - I have not Recd any further orders to Report; but on the contrary have Reported to Baltimore Medical Director - Mother Better use Aqua Ammonia alone; or mixed with Camphor & Sweet oil to bathe the neck - & take a Little Tinct of colchicum - 20 to 30 Drops 3 Times pr Day untill They act Slightly as Laxative & no more - Then wait a Day or 2 & Resume the use of it in Small Dose as 20 Drops & if necessary Increase Keep the neck well covered with flannell - Report twice a week - to A.A.Bean
