Sure cure for Black Diptheria

1 cup apple vinegar (pure) 1 " sage tea 1 " Honey 1 piece Borax (size end of thumb) 1 " Alumn (" " ") make [illegible] 1 " Blue vitrol

Boil apple vinegar and Sage tea & Honey then add Borax and alumn and boil add blue vitrol when boiling enough to make an iron spoon black.

swab throat. apply about every 3 hrs if bad, depends on case.
