Thursday, January 19, 1865. We did not awake till after 10. a m. Bathed, felt better & reported to the C.C. Kindly received at the Home. P.M. called on Mrs M_ and had a few words with Mc. Evening Mr Mclntyre called Went over the whole work with him, and found him a most earnest Christian worker. Strengthened and cheered me by his counsel, & I felt it a privilege to know such a man.
