March, MONDAY, 17 1862. This is a very fine day and the roads are drying up very fast business is very dull to dull and not many Loafers about so it makes times Intolerable dull. Johnathan was down here a while ago and Cleaned his Boots on our Porch which I dont Thank Him for. we have not sold enough to day to pay our Boarding the mail just arrived and Unkle George has gone to the Office I hope He may bring me a letter but I dont believe He will There are a good many men in Town to day that act as though they have been looking at the Red eye a little to much Some Ladies are Ladies and some are not Ladies...
