January, Thursday 14, 1864 Camped Wood Vville Ala quite pleasant to day our boy have not returned yet from there Scout there is but little or no stir in cam to day January, Friday 15, 1864 Camped Wood Ville Ala but little or no stir in Camp to day. a number of the officers Came in to camp and reported that the Regt would be in some time to night. the weather looks very mutch like snow or rain, it is very mudy under foot to day
