February, Thursday 11, 1864 In Camp Wood Ville Ala it is very pleasant weather the boys are taping the sugar trees for the sap I receive a new gold pen & ebney holder & a letter from Mrs Charles Spragg to day February, Friday 12, 1864 In Camp Wood ville Ala I was over to the Pioneer Corps, & to the depot to day I mail a letter to Mrs. C Sragg to day, the weather looks very mutch like rain
