March, Thursday 10, 1864 Near Wood Ville Ala We had a hard rain Storm last night, the streams are all flooded to day, I was on fatigue to day at Brigade Headquarters, Fruit trees are in full bloom and most all other kinds of trees a begining Bud out already. March, Friday 11, 1864 Near Wood Ville Ala We had a another Stormy Stormy night last, the wind is very high and Cool to day, I received a letter for a wach & [a?] Pr Sox from home to day by W. O. Curtis he has just returned from home
