Independence Iowa the Watterloo boys did not get away until 1 oclock to day they could not take there Engin with them as the [open?] cars was gone we will send it up a Monday, I was to the Ball last night it was very much crowded last night. I wook Miss Minie Alder to the Ball. I a very good time indeed the Ball Broke up at 2 oclock AM Independence Iowa there is not any thing un comon but the same old Sabath [exesise?] I staid to home all day and went to the M EChurch in the [Eeve?]
