Independence Iowa It has storm all day day the wind has blown a perfict hericane all day. it has snowed some all so I hich up my horse once to take Parthenia to lime creak to here school but it was too Stormy I froze one of my fingers a hitching up Independence Iowa this morning early I hired one of Edgecombs horses and mine own and a Cutter & took Parthenia to here Chool on lime creak took here to the school house she commenced here school with 16 scholars
