Small pieces of meat not enough for a dinner, may be used to advantage thus - Mince + season - moisten with water or a little butter, make some very plain piecrust, put in the meat turnover fashion - fry in lard -- v Scrambled eggs -- put a tea cup full of milk on to boil, put in a piece of butter the size of a walnut, salt + dredge in a little flour, have 3 eggs well beaten + stir them in quickly when it boils - stir
