Concordia Fried Potatoes Cube cold boiled potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add one cupful or less of canned or fresh corn and two tablespoonfuls of milk. Brown quickly in two or three tablespoonfuls of hot bacon, sausage or ham fat. Just before taking up add one or two eggs and stir until eggs are broken in pieces and set.
