Pepper Hash 1 large head of cabbage 5 green peppers--seeded 1 red pepper 3 tbs. salt 2 tbs. mustard seed 2 tbs. celery seed 1 tb. sugar Chop cabbage and peppers and mix with spices, sugar and salt. Cover plentifully with cold water and store in crocks or jars.
