To make an Orange pudding Take 3 sevile oranges boil them till they are quite tender then take 3/4 of a pound of sugar 1/2 of a pound of almonds beat them all very fine with rose water add 16 eggs leave out 10 whites add also a a pound of fresh butter beat all well together.
