Mrs. [R?] Gladstone Lemon Possets To 1 pint of cream, add 1/2 lb of sugar, the juice & grated peels of 1 1/2 lemons, 1/2 pint of white wine, put them all into a deep pot & whisk them 1/2 an hour. Then fill the glasses. They ought to be made 3 or 4 days before wanted & will keep 10 days. Almond Nugat. Mrs. [Wm. Graham?] Roll a layer of very thin puff paste quite thin, lay it in a clean tin, then cover it with a thin layer of apricots, have 1/4 lb of almonds chopped very fine, whisk the whites of 3 eggs
