Ginger Cookies 3/4 c-shortening 1 " sugar 4 table spoon molasses 1 egg 2 C flour 2 teaspoon soda 1 " each cinnamon and ginger Cream shortening & sugar. add molasses & egg beat well add sifted dry ingredients Beat until smooth Roll in small balls, then in granulated sugar. Place on cooky sheet & bake at 350 or 375 for 10 minutes. Mrs. W. Davis
