Pork in Barbecue Sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon bacon Dripping or other fat. 6 tablespoon minced onion 3/4 cup chilli sauce 6 tablespoon vinegar 3 tablespoon Brown sugar 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 /12 " Dry mustard 3/4 " chilli Powder 6 slices cooked Pork or Ribs Melt drippings or put in skillet - add onion and cook over low heat for several minutes. Add chilli sauce and remaining ingredients, except Pork. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add meat slices or Ribs heat thoroly and serve at once.
