Lime Peach Crumb Dessert 1/2 cup graham crackers crumbs 1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1 can sliced peaches 1 pkg. lime gelatin 6 maraschino cherries Combine crumbs - butter - set aside. Drain peaches. Add enough water to liquid to make 1 1/2 cups. Heat liquid. Add to jello & stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. Whip until fluffy. Fold in peaches. Turn into 8" square pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Arrange cherries so each serving will have on cherry in center. Chill until firm. 6 Servings.
