Laudanum               3 "
Tinct Cantharis         3 "
give a Teaspoonful evry 4 hours [Ives?]
No 3  Disolve salt of Tarter      1 Scruple 
in water __________________ 1 gill
Add cochineal finly powderd 10 gr
Sweeten it with loaf sugar give to an Infant
1/4 Teaspoonful 4 times a Day and to [older?] Pesons in proportion
No 4  Tincture Bark _______________  1/2 oz

        Paregoric __________________ 1/2 oz
       Tinct Cantharis ______________ 1 Dr

Mix Dose 1 Teaspoonful
No 5 Tinctur Canthadis ____________  1 oz

      Tartrite of Antimony ___________ 1  "
      Water ______________________ 1

Dip a piece of calico & apply it to the chest
No 6  Oxid muriate of mercury  1 scruple
[Tart?] Emetic ______________ 1 "
Camphor __________________  1 "
[Best?] Spt wine                        1 oz
