Serve cold with Boiled custard Baked Chocolate Custard 1 pt milk 2 eggs 1 oz. chocolate 1/4 tsp. salt Piece of stick cinnamon (1 in) Put cinnamon and milk in double broiler, and cook ten min. Shave chocolate, add three tbsp sugar and milk over boiling water. Stir until smooth and glossy, then add to hot milk. Remove from the fire and cool. Beat eggs slightly, and salt and 2 tbsp sugar. Add cooled milk and strain. Pour into custard cups and place in a pan with enough tepid water to come nearly to top of cups. Bake
