Put on filling and cover with another cooky. Bake in quick oven. Rich Cookies 1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg 3/4 c. flour 1 teas vanilla Nut meats on top of dropped cookies. Soft Molasses Cookies 1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. molasses 1 egg Salt 1/2 tabl. ginger 4 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 tabl. soda.
