38 Whole Wheat Pudding 2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 teas. soda 1/2 [teas.] salt 1 c. milk 1/2 c. molasses 1 c. raisins Steam 2 1/2 hours & serve with cream or hard sauce. Steamed Carrot Pudding 1/2 lb. flour. 1/2 lb. shopped suet 1/2 lb. currants 1/2 lb. sugar 1/2 lb grated carrot 1/2 teas. salt Mix and steam 3 hours. Cream Pudding 3 tabs. cr. corn starch 1/4 teas. salt 1 teas. vanilla 1/3 c. sugar 2 c. milk Mix all to-gether and add milk slowly heating to boiling point and boil 2 minutes
