Raisin Cake 1 lb. of sugar 1 lb. flour 1/2 lb. of butter 1 lb. of raisins 6 eggs. 1 small teaspoon of soda. 1 cup sweet milk - I take just a little of the milk, to dissolve the soda in, and then put it in last.
