Whortberry pudding cream 1 cup of butter, add 2 cups of white sugar 3 eggs, 4 cup flour, 1 of milk with 1 teaspoon of soda and 2 cream of tarter both in the milk. Mix the flour with 1 pt of berries which should be dry. Bake in a deep dish. To be eaten with cream or wine sauce if for dinner. I often bake it and eat it cold as a cake. It is so light and nice.
