Chocolate Angel Food Cake 1 c. flour 1 tsp cream of tartar 11 egg whites 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Take 3 tbsp. out of the cup of flour & replace with 3 tbsp cocoa. Beat whites with salt til light. Add cream of tartar & beat til stiff. Sift sugar & flour separately 3 times. Fold in first the sugar, then flour. Lastly add vanilla.
