Pecan Pie (Mrs. Anderson) 3 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup Karo 2 tbsp. flour 1 cup pecans pinch salt Waffles (Mrs. Anderson's) 2 cups flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 3/4 cups milk 3 tsp baking powder 4 tsp shortening Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add yolks of eggs and milk. Beat well and add melted shortening (cooled). Fold in stiff egg whites Makes 4 1/2 waffles 18 servings
