Potatoes au Gratin (Yama Farms) Use boiled potatoes, diced very small. Put in a stewing pan and add piece of butter. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Cover with cream and simmer for 5 min. Put in scallop dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and add a little melted butter on top. Bake til brown.
