Oyster Rockefeller (From a famous old dish served in New Orleans -- From Yama Farms) Put oysters in rock salt in baking tins. Put in oven and pour over them a little lemon juice with parsley, sharlot, salt, and pepper. Just before taking from oven, pour over them some melted butter with parsley lemon juice, sharlot, salt and pepper. Serve in baking tins.
