Stuffed Peppers Moderate Oven 375° 20 min. Peppers tender Bacon cooked Halve Peppers. Drop into boiling water, salted and let stand. Stuff with 2 cups cooked rice mixed with grated American cheese. 1 teaspoon butter on each pepper. Chile sauce and bacon strips on top.
