Potato Puff 1 cup mashed potatoes 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup flour salt pepper 2 eggs Sift flour, baking powder, salt and pepper to gether. Beat eggs well. Mix eggs with potatoes. Mix all ingredients and drop into deep fat from teaspoon. Fry until golden brown. They will puff up. Potatoes Au Gratin 4 large cold potatoes (boiled) 1 pt. milk 3 ounces cheese 2 eggs salt and pepper (over)
