Cut potatoes into thin slices. Put into buttered baking dish. Salt & pepper. Sprinkle each layer with cheese. Beat eggs well and then add milk to eggs. Pour over baking dish. (It's best to make it all go inside-) (joke-Bill) 350 - 30 min. - center or lower then center of oven Del Montico Potatoes 1 cup white sauce to each cup of potatoes (cubed). Buttered cracker crumbs on top. 15 min. in quick oven 400.
