Left Over Meat {Lamb Pork Beef. 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup cooked rice 1 small can heinz cream of tomato soup 1 cup cold water salt - pepper Melt butter in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup uncooked rice. Let simmer until each piece of rice is lightly browned. Add tomato soup. Add cold water and salt and pepper. Stir constantly. Cook about 20 min. When cooked add 1 cup left over meat. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake in 375 oven for 20 min. Suggested menu for rest of meat. buttered spinach - hot rolls - salad- coffee or tea.
