93 Tuesday August 10th 1875. Rob went to town early this morning and got their trunks. Hatt and I were the entire day putting things to right and gathering up dirty clothes to wash. Grand-ma spent the day here. And Ella Clark also. It rained quite a little in the afternoon. Uncle Jim was here after Grand-ma. I wrote to Billy. Wednesday August 11th 1875. We girls washed and Mother went to town Mr Sackett was here in the morning and rode over with her. We got the washing done by noon though it was a large one. I went to town with Mrs Winter in the afternoon. And we got home just as supper was ready. Aunty Walker was here tonight and her and Mother went to town as soon as we came home. I helped with the evening work and rolled up the clothes, was very tired tonight and not at all well. Thursday August 12th 1875. Aunty went to town this morning with Father and we girls began to iron. We did not get through till five oclock in the afternoon. Mrs W_ was right here all day. As soon as Hattie and
