Saturday February 2- 1935 I was busy in forenoon doing mending on dresses and later began to fix a crotcheted table cover Hattie here all the afternoon. It was very late when Mrs. Gay got home and she was very tired. Sunday February 8- 1935 I went to Burlington with The Whetstones and they took Mrs. [Crabb?] with them to spend the day with her daughter. Had lunch downtown. But Mr. Winslow would have us eat dinner at 2.30 before we left. Were home soon after seven oclock. Mr. Gay got home in P M. Monday February 4- 1935 I had a letter from Winnie. I wrote Cal Eggleston and Art Robinson in A M. Went up town with Mrs. Gay soon after lunch. Was at Otts office and did some errands. Saw Dr Smith I have gained in weight in two months. letter from Lorna. Tuesday February 5- 1935 Mary took me up to spend the day with Mrs Bohr to prepare work for The church meeting tomorrow Cora took me on up there at five oclock. Rob brought me home Wednesday February 6- 1935 The Andersons took me to the church and brought me home Mary is here for a short visit we had a pleasant days meeting. Evening here at home busy with crotchet work. Wrote Alma Wenig
