91 Tuesday August 8th 1876. We girls ironed this morning and in the afternoon I finished Robs colored shirts that I began yesterday. Rob and Hatt went to town on horse-back after supper. Wednesday August 9th 1876. Mother and Hatt went to the valley today I did the work and sewed on my linin dress that I am fixing up. It was night when Mother came home Ella Anderson was with her. Hatt stayed down there. I practiced a little in the evening. Thursday August 10th 1876. I helped do the work this morning and then began sewing I am fixing up my old clothes a little. After supper I took a horse-back ride alone and got a pattern over to Winnies. Wrote to Lou tonight. Friday August 11th 1876. I was sewing all day. Mother went to town in the afternoon and Rob and I took a ride in the evening. Weather warm.
