110 Tuesday October 3rd 1876. I worked all the forenoon fixing Lee some shirts I ironed and worked around the house all the afternoon till five oclock When I went to town and got muslin for Father shirts I got calico to make each of Lizzie Lindleys little girls dresses She was up here this afternoon awhile. I sewed in the evening. Wednesday October 4th 1876 I helped with the house-work and sewed on Fathers shirts till three oclock and then I went to town and was gone till supper time It was a windy disagreeable day. I did not do much of anything in the evening. Thursday October 5th 1876. We got up early to do our work and by half past eight Mother and I started to the valley We had a pleasant visit with Grand-ma and Aunt Emma but a very disagreeable ride both ways. I wrote a letter to Jennie at night I am nearly sick I got so chilled.
