132. Sunday December 17th 1876. I helped do up the work this morning and Mr Baily was over to dinner. We had a sing in the afternoon. Mr Whetstone called in the evening and Charlie McCall came over and brought with him a Mr Leffler from Des Moines. I did not get to write any in the afternoon. But early in the evening wrote a letter to Lizzie Lindly. Weather cold. Monday December 18th 1876. I did the washing this forenoon And in the afternoon went to town and got some things to sew. I cut out a dressing gown for Otto after I came home and sewed carpet rags all the evening. Weather clear and cold. Tuesday December 19th 1876 I got Otts dressing gown done about two oclock and then cut out a couple of little dresses for Aunt Emma's baby. Ann Palmer and her sister Ella was over in the afternoon and Charlie came over in the evening after them. I sewed some after they went home A cold day. I am very tired tonight
