164. Sunday March 11th 1877. I helped do up the work and changed my dress before dinner. I set the table and helped wash the dishes and then sat down to read. Winnie was over. And Pete came over before supper and spent the evening. Monday March 12th 1877. We did not wash today. I knit some in the forenoon after I got the work done up and in the afternoon began another tidy. Worked at it all the evening. Tuesday March 13th 1877. I did the washing today and got it all done by noon. Mother and Hatt both went to town in the afternoon and Hatt did not come home till evening. I finished baking the bread and baked cake in the afternoon Mother got a great lot of groceries and sent home in the buggy. I worked on my tidy what time I had in the afternoon and evening. Weather not very pleasant.
