176. Tuesday April 10th 1877. I ironed this forenoon and sewed in the afternoon. At night the young folks went to the lecture. I stayed at home and went to bed early. Weather pleasanter. Wednesday April 11th 1877. Miss Baily and I went visiting over to Mrs Moores today had a very pleasant time and came home about five oclock We found Mrs Ogden here. In the evening three couple of us went down to Robinsons to spend the evening and had just a tip-top time. I had a letter from Miss Lewis and one from Cousin Jen today. Thursday April 12th 1877. Mother and Miss Baily went to the valley today and I was busy doing the work. The young folks went to prayer meeting at night and when they came home found Dan and Frank Luse here We had just a big time after that. Dan played for us to dance. This has been a splendid day.
