Monday April 24- 1933 I did a lot of washing. Letters from Winnie & Ida. Ott here for dinner. Soon after I went out to see Aunt Emma. Did not get home till six o'clock. Had some supper and read in the evening. Tuesday April 25- 1933 This would be Bro Charles birthday. I washed out some more things this morning. Wrote [Relli}? - [Mary]? Rob came for me at noon. Cora not well. Hattie & I put in all the afternoon looking our pictures in a trunk. Rob brought me home at 9. o'clock a shower this morning. Wednesday April 26- 1933 I did some ironing and cleaning in the forenoon. Slept awhile in PM. After early supper I went to West Liberty with Mrs. Gay. She to see her niece who is very ill. I spent evening with Millie]? [illegible] at Royals. Thursday April 27- 1933. I did some more cleaning. Letters from Mrs. Folk & Birdie. Wrote Lou & Dora Brown. Mary took me up town a few moments late in afternoon. I wrote Winnie in the evening. I slept some in afternoon. Friday April 28- 1933 I was busy about the house most of the forenoon. Ott came for dinner. I slept in the afternoon.Mary & [Glo]? went to Des Moines for the day. I was down stairs after supper while Mr & Mrs Gay went over to Mr Hills. Then read some in a book.
