Thursday November 12- 1931 I went up to The Library in forenoon. Later The Whetstones came for me to go to Effie Stevens to luncheon. Such a nice time. Read in evening letter from Ella Nagle Friday November 13- 1931 Busy about the place most of the AM. Afternoon Rob brought Hattie and they took me to The Church to a meeting of our SS class. A beautiful day. Saturday November 14- 1931 I was busy about the kitchen part of the forenoon mailed letters to Edith Whetstone and Mrs [Greenhalzed] at the Rosslyn. It rained part of the day. I read some. Sunday November 15- 1931 Ott took me to church. Had dinner at home. I lay on the bed most of the afternoon. Read in the evening. Monday November 16- 1931 Mary came and took me up town I was at Otts office. I made another will and we did some figureing I have lost a lot of money. Rob brought me home. Soon after I was taken with terrible pain in my chest Dr Ned Smith came. Hattie to stay with me. I was in bed. Tuesday November 17- 1931 In bed all day. Mary & Ott here. Letters from Winnie & Ida Hattie wrote them for me. It rained some. The Dr here again Wednesday November 18- 1931 In bed all day. Hattie up town soon after dinner. Mary here in the morning. In PM. The Woolf girls Cora & Ott. I wrote Laura in AM. and LeGrand in evening. Just notes
