Thursday November 19- 1931 The Dr here again. I must keep very quiet for two weeks Cora & Mollie here in PM. Ott & Hattie to church supper Letters from Laura & Will Work. Wrote Mary Price & Sister Ida. Friday November 20- 1931 I was in bed in forenoon. Hattie went away in PM to make calls. It rained some. Ida Anderson here The Delavan paper tells a terrible thing of a woman over there poisoning her husband and young daughter Saturday November 21st 1931 Hattie up town a little while. Ott sent me a letter he had from Frank Fletcher telling that Ida Berkett had been killed by street car. Hattie went to picture show in PM and I got ready to go over to Otts. Letters from Mrs Falk, Laura & Winnie The Whetstones took me over. Sunday November 22- 1931 I was in bed most of the day Ott went to church Wrote Winnie & Laura. William & Mary away in the evening. Ott & I reading and talking together. Monday November 23- 1931 In bed most of the day. William & Mary to Cedar Rapids Hattie here in PM. I wrote Mrs H D Rowe Tuesday November 24- 1931 In bed most of the day William & Mary drove to Durant Letters from Alice Condon Edith Whetstone Mrs Hatten and Ott Seibert wrote her in the evening Very cold today. I am feeling some better.
