Friday May 13- 1932.
Put up kitchen curtains. Wrote Laura & Edith Soon after dinner went up town with Mrs Gay and her Aunt. Later to Mrs George Millers reception with Hattie & Cora. I read in evening Much warmer Letter from Roxie [Robaneov?]

Saturday May 14- 1932.
I did some extra work in bath room. at ten oclock rode to Oxford with Rob & Hattie. We got her down at Curtis green house. Letter from Winnie I wrote her as soon as I got my dinner. They went to Tipton with Mrs Gay to take her Aunt home.

Sunday May 15- 1932.
Went to SS & Church with Ott. slept in afternoon The Byington went to Washington Co. There was a hard shower about 6-oclock. I read in the evening

Monday May 16- 1932.
Busy in forenoon. Ott took me down to Julias soon after dinner and came for me at 5-oclock. Wrote The Brown Girls. Was tired and early to bed.

Tuesday May 17- 1932.
I was busy in AM. Letter from Emma Herriott. At three oclock William took me out to Aunt Emmas. I find Anna far from well. Came home by Bus. Read in evening

Wednesday May 18- 1932.
Did some ironing. Ott came for me at noon. We went up to Hatties for dinner Rob & Cora in Des Moines. When they came at 9.30 Rob brought me home. Weather cool and bright.
